Current Retail Selection
Cornichons - $5.95
Sour and crunchy – so delicious! Great with meat and cheeses.
Brive Grape Must Mustard - $14.95
A truly unique product, the grape flavour comes through in the most
natural way. Substitute for Dijon in salad dressings and sauces.
Castelanotti Olive Oil - $13.95
Super value!! Wonderful olive oil flavour and texture for an extremely
reasonable price.
Harissa - $2.25
Not too spicy, but full of flavour. Add harissa paste to dip or use it
as a spread. Absolutely fantastic with hummus!

Horseradish - $10.49
The best horseradish I’ve ever had – not much else to say. Not for the
meek – it is hot! The closest to home made I’ve had.
Maldon
Sea Salt - $8.49
Another super awesome value – fantastic product as good as any fancy
French fleur de sel, for a fraction of the price.
Raspberry
Jam / Apricot Jam - $4.95
No boil jam to maintain the integrity of the fruit’s flavour. Not too
sweet with a home made texture – yum!
Hangover drops - $7.95
Ok – they won’t cure your hangover, but they’ll make you feel a little
better and they taste good.
Smoked Sweet Paprika - $4.49
I use this product all the time. A mild-medium level of heat and a
smokiness that lends itself to many warm climate cuisines. Great with
seafood, in stews and dips. Substitute it for chipotle peppers, if you
want to add smoke without too much heat.
Avocado
Oil with garlic - $6.95
I was a little dubious about this product, but now I use it all the
time. Avocado oil is super healthy and great high temperature cooking
oil. The garlic flavour is pleasant and is a useful way to add garlic
flavour without adding any garlic solids. Use it salad dressings, but
it’s also great for frying or grilling vegetables.

Fig
Relish – $10.95
Wow – this is the best fig relish I’ve ever had. If you like figs,
you’ll like this. A great sandwich spread and condiment for meat and
cheese. Try using it next time you’re making a baked brie – yum!
Shallot confit - $8.95
A little bit sweet, this is a great meat and cheese condiment and is a
must have on roast beef sandwiches.
Michelle Cluizel Chocolates - bars, novelties and individual bon
bons, imported from France. - $.89 - $13.95
Superb, environmentally sustainable
chocolate, for chocolate connoisseurs. Processed in France using
traditional methods, the Paris based, Cluizel company, is known for
their process of not only using fair trade practices, but also building
co-operative relationships with villages where they have farms. The line
also includes single plantations, and Premier Cru designations, for
superb crops, harvested from single locations. As a result, tasters can
identify specific qualities of the chocolate native to the particular
terroir of the farm.
Torrefazione Whole Bean
Coffee - $14.99
Our line includes medium, dark and
decaffeinated blends. (Unfortunately, we do not yet have an in-house
bean hopper.)
